Count on us to keep
your science moving forward

We’re delighted to announce we are providing 3 TRILLION SEQUENCING READS to the research community to help keep your science going! This FREE offer will run for the entire month of April.

It has always been our mission to make DNA sequencing more accessible and affordable for the scientific community. What would you do if the cost of sequencing was no longer a barrier? What experiments would you design? What projects would you complete?

At Ultima Genomics we understand the need to continue pushing the boundaries of science, to ask impactful questions, to drive new discoveries and find answers. It’s in our DNA. In these challenging times with research budget uncertainties, we know you may be feeling overwhelmed and anxious about the future. We want you to know that you can Count on Us to help keep your research moving forward.

That’s equivalent to:

- 9,000 human genomes at 30x coverage

- 150 million single cells at 20k reads per cell

- Over 50,000 Olink proteomics samples

Applications accepted include:

  • 10x Genomics Single Cell (3’, 5’, FLEX)

  • Parse Single Cell (Evercode v2/v3)

  • Scale Single Cell (QuantumScale)

  • Proteomics (Olink Explore HT)

  • Human and non-Human WGS (PCR-Free, ppmSeq™, cfDNA, MethylSeq, FFPE, Low-Pass/Twist)

  • RNA-Sequencing

  • Spatial Transcriptomics (Visium HD)

All submissions that meet the following requirements may be accepted:
  • Open to researchers in the US and Canada.

  • Must be affiliated with academic, public, government, or other non-profit organization. Commercial or for-profit entities are not eligible.

  • Must be a new customer. Limit 1 submission per PI/Lab.

  • No purchase required.

  • Special consideration granted to projects at risk from recent unexpected budget cuts.

  • Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning April 1st. Projects must be submitted through web portal by April 30th.

  • Share a few details about your project goals with a 250-word description.

  • Each project will be allocated 10 Billion to 100 Billion reads of up to 300 bp (1 to 10 UG 100 wafers).

  • First come – first served. Awards will be granted on a rolling basis. Due to expected high demand, early submissions are encouraged.

  • Customer provides Ultima-ready libraries to sequence. Ultima will provide a project consultation and the necessary primers to generate UG-compatible libraries.

  • Data delivery will be through S3 buckets or GCP. Data outputs are compatible with standard analysis pipelines.

  • One application type per project. All libraries must be submitted in one shipment and received by June 30, 2025.

We think you’ll be so happy with your sequencing data that you will consider adopting the UG 100™ for all your future sequencing needs. At half the cost of other sequencing technologies on the market and with expanded global access through our Certified Service Providers, you can continue driving your research forward with peace of mind.
